Terms of Conditions

General terms and conditions of Art of Connection, further referred to as AoC

In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply

  1. "activity'": meetings, ceremonies, workshops, lessons, retreats and coaching sessions
  2. "treatment": Healing, Voice Dialogue, Constellations, Cocoa & Blue Lotus treatments, separately or combined
  3. "client": the person to whom Ronald de Bruijne - further referred to as AoC - has confirmed  in writing an enrolment for an activity or treatment
  4. " participant": the person who participates in an activity for which instructions have been given.

 

Article 1 Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all activities and treatments given by AoC. Registration in accordance with Article 4 implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions. Applicability of the client's general terms and conditions is excluded.

 

Article 2 Liability

A  participant may only participate in an activity or treatment if the participant has proof of registration via a ticket. By registering via an online ticket , the client accepts the general terms and conditions.  

  1. AoC is never liable for any damage/injury whatsoever during or as a result of participation in an activity or treatment, regardless of the cause.
  2. AoC is never liable for loss/damage to personal property of participants at the activity or treatment location.
  3. AoC is not responsible for typing, typesetting or printing errors or if due to a technical fault the dates, rates or other information are displayed incorrectly.
  4. AoC is not bound to carry out an activity or treatment at a misrepresented price or conditions.
  5. If AoC is found liable despite article 2.2, this will be limited to a maximum of twice the invoice amount.

 

Article 3 Treatment

  1. Treatment does not replace medical advice and/or treatment from a doctor.
  2. AoC cannot guarantee any improvement or change after a treatment.
  3. If there is no improvement or change, it is not possible to return the amount paid.

 

Article 4 Registration

  1. Registration for an activity or treatment can only be done by means of a ticket accessible via a link under the activity or treatment concerned. The rates mentioned in the ticket link apply, regardless of whether the client is aware of them or not. 
  2. Registrations are deemed to have been accepted when AoC has confirmed the registration in writing or electronically. Said confirmation serves as proof of registration and establishes the agreement between the client and AoC.

 

Article 5 Payment

  1. After AoC has accepted the order in accordance with Article 4.2, the client will receive an invoice electronically within 10 working days. Payment of the activity or treatment must be made before the final date mentioned on the invoice.
  2. If the invoice is not paid on time, the client shall owe interest of 1% per month from the due date, without further notice. Furthermore, if the collection must be transferred to third parties for collection, all associated costs, both in and out of court, will be for the client's account. AoC may also decide to exclude the course participant from participation in the activity, without releasing the client from the obligation to pay the invoice plus any additional costs.

 

Article 6 Cancellation by the client

The client can cancel the ticket free of charge until 7 days before of the start of the activity. If the client has already paid, he will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
If cancelled 1 to 7 days before the start of the activity, the client will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. For cancellation within 24 hours to the start of the activity, the amount paid will not be refunded.

 

Article 7 Cancellation by AoC

AoC reserves the right to cancel the activity or treatment. In doing so, the fully paid amount will be returned. If possible, AoC will offer the client a new appointment. If the client makes use of this, the amount paid will not be refunded.
